Since May is coming to a close, I thought it was about time to catch you up on some exciting happenings of April. One was the feature above in My Home, a shelter magazine based in Taiwan. When they contacted me about publishing my own home, I wondered if it was real. However, I decided to roll with it, and my interactions with the lovely Pei Hua Yu, the editor, was awesome! The whole experience makes me so happy. It's pretty sweet seeing our home on glossy pages, especially surrounded by some totally stunning ones like the one on the cover. Wowza! I only wish I could know what my quote says :) Any Mandarin speakers out there care to translate?

Wow pretty awesome!! Not shocked, your pretty amazing!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I love this for so many reasons! Only you, Leah! So fun!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Leah, this is so awesome and amazing!
ReplyDeleteSmashing! What a small and funky world, eh? I am catching up on lots of blogs while I stay in my nest and heal a bit.
ReplyDeleteYou wanna come shoot my home...pretty please cherry on top?
Linda-- you know you don't have to lure anybody with a cherry on top to come visit you in your little corner of paradise :)
DeleteI hope you are on the mend! xoxo
Love it! Congratulations, Leah!
ReplyDeleteYAY!!! You are international, Leah!! Congrats!!! Hello, I'm Chinese-American....remember? Actually, I speak but cannot read. But, my sister will happily translate. Do you have a copy? XO, Loi
ReplyDeleteLoi- I was hoping you'd stop by and translate :) I only have one copy at the moment. But I'm overdue for a visit to your shop, so maybe I can use this as an excuse and stop in with it.
DeleteThanks friends!
ReplyDeleteBig congrats to you, Leah!! That is wonderful news -- it must seem unreal to see your home in a magazine. It is totally stunning, so I can see why they wanted you.
